TASKS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Introduce and consult our customers and perform the progress of enrollment of new students.
Deal and respond directly with customers.
Handle and resolve customer complaints/requirements.
Set up new customer accounts, manage customers' accounts on the booking system.
Make forms, notifications, announcements to customers (if any).
Manage documents, files and customer database.
Prepare and distribute customer activity reports.
Arrange and support for short- & long-term study abroad students.
Post school information & activities on social media.
TASKS OF
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENTIdentify and develop relationships with education agencies and consultants in Vietnam who can promote and send students on our short-term study abroad programs.
Present program offerings, partnership benefits, and commission structures clearly and professionally.
Negotiate and sign partnership agreements (MOUs, contracts) with agency partners.
Coordinate with internal teams (academic, customer service) to ensure smooth program delivery and student satisfaction.
Monitor agency performance and provide regular reports on partner engagement and student enrollment results.
Conduct market research and propose new strategies or promotional offers to improve recruitment outcomes.
Have experience in Business Development or Customer Service.
Proficiency in MS office
Initiative, well-communication skills, good with people.
Good English communication - IELTS 6.5
Ability to work flexibly, enthusiastically, priority given to candidates who have worked in the service industry
