1. Sales and Logistics Administration
- To ensure the effective and smooth operation of sales administration and logistical data updates on a daily basis
- Ensure the effective and smooth operation of sales administration, including the ordering process, resolving order queries, and managing delivery status queries
- Provide sales teams with information on order status, stock situation, back-order filling, and late payments
- Handle daily tasks such as preparing mill certificates for projects, printing and sending sales orders for customer signatures, and collecting and classifying delivery orders from warehouses for the finance department
- Update all information related to dispatching results, imported ship schedules, and truck/container details, and work closely with logistics to ensure on-time, correct deliveries
2. Customer Service & Policy Support
- To support the development and communication of customer service standards and policies to the team and customers on a daily basis
- Ensure that customer service activities are well-rated by customers and monitored by the management team, linked to individual KPIs set by the
customer service supervisor3. General Operations & Coordination
- To provide proactive coordination and support for various departments, including safety, sales, warehouse, and finance
- Closely and proactively coordinate with the safety team in monitoring, reminding, and recording all unsafety working cases and proposing daily action plans
- Prepare CO and CQ documents
- Provide support to the line manager in solving delivery-related problems and other assigned duties
