Receive and handle customer requests: consultation, inquiries, complaints/claims/reports... through various channels such as hotline, email, Facebook, Zalo, App, webchat, etc.
Accurately and fully record information and forward it to relevant departments for coordination when necessary.
Provide consultation in compliance with procedures and accurate product/service (P/S) information; do not arbitrarily add/modify/alter information that may cause misunderstanding or risks to customers and the organization.
Carry out periodic and ad-hoc customer care programs, as well as
telesales campaigns as assigned.
Continuously update knowledge about products, services, promotions, and interaction scripts to ensure service quality.
Commit to duty schedules and achieve required targets: SLA, Performance, KPIs, etc., as required by HD Bank.
Do not represent, commit, or make promises regarding credit or services beyond the authorized scope.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
Male/Female, aged 20-35.
Education: College degree or higher (majors in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration are preferred).
No prior experience required; training provided upon hiring.
Clear communication with a standard accent, no regional slang.
Strong problem-solving skills, professional service mindset, attentive and resilient under pressure.
Proficient in office software.
Work in rotating shifts (24/7), 8 hours/day, with 1 day off per week.
Basic English communication is an advantage (not mandatory).
