Mô tả công việc
Training partners (doctors, hospital staff) on using our software
Responding to partner inquiries and making sure all are either resolved directly or given to the department that can resolve
Supporting partners in solving their problems using our software daily
Updating partner profile information including schedules, prices, time off, and others as required
Collecting feedback from partners on improving our software and operations
Coordinating with other teams including Product and Marketing
Send Review to partners
Help Sales create accounts
Post recruitment poster on doctor FB groups, monitor performance with sales
Send Sales gifts to partners in the provinces
Reporting to the Business Development Manager
Ability to work from our office from 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday
Yêu cầu
Top notch customer service skills
Experience in a customer success, customer service, or post-sales team is a plus
1-2 years professional experience or recent grad with demonstrated academic success and relevant extracurriculars/internships
Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a quick, curious learner
Ability to think on your feet and thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment
