Relationship Management: Manage, build and sustain strong relationships with key accounts.
Satisfaction & Retention: Monitor customer satisfaction, assess renewal rates and execute tailored retention strategies to minimize churn, ensuring long-term client retention.
Predictive Analysis: Analyze customer data to forecast renewals, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to improve customer success.
Upsell & Cross-sell Opportunities: Determine customer demands and expectations, collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities that fit customer needs.
Feedback-Driven Enhancements: Identify and recommend product and service enhancements informed by customer feedback to improve client satisfaction and long-term business growth.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Ability to analyze customer data and make decisions based on the collected information.
At least 2-3 years of experience in customer management, particularly in B2B.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
