Receive and process requests for editing, developing Pos, Backend application software via email, consulting customers via phone, chat, directly
Support customers certify EMV pos with International card organizations, UAT Pos equipment with domestic and foreign corporations
Install, manual, and operate Pos, Backend software: TMS, GW, SRS...
Coordinate with other departments to accomplish the company's common goals...
Yêu cầu
Have at least 01 year of experience in the field of customer care with bank or fintech
Graduated from a university with priority in information technology, electronics and telecommunications
Required skills:
Have good communication skills with customers
Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point, etc., English communication
Knowledge of networking, SQL
Have teamwork, planning, and reporting skills.
