What we expect you to perform:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through email, chat, or online call, delivering clear and accurate information.
  • Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with the technical team to provide timely and effective solutions.
  • Guide customers toward achieving their desired setup results, offering advice and recommendations for optimal app usage.
  • Assist the development team in gathering customer feedback, refining the product backlog, and conducting product testing.
  • Contribute ideas to improve onboarding flow, FAQs, and help articles.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating self-service resources in the help center and internal documents.
Join BSS, if you:
  • Proficiency in English, with an IELTS score of 6.0 - 7.0 or a TOEIC score of 685 - 830.
  • Have strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in customer service, and have basic knowledge or hands-on experience with web-based customer support tools, such as Crisp, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms, such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in technology or e-commerce, preferably working with Shopify apps.
To be a BSSer, you will have:
  • Salary: 8-15M VND, with reviews every 6 months.
