The Service Desk Consultant will be responsible for providing support to all of TrueCommerce' s customers, you will provide 1st line support to all users and therefore it is highly important that excellent interpersonal skills are combined with a methodical approach. You will log all calls and emails via the online service desk system and then investigate any problems using the skills that you will have learnt.
Location & Working time: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
+ Job location: Quality Tech Solution Complex, District 12
+ Working hours:
- Monday - Friday. Working in rotating shifts: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM.
- Willing to do night shifts 1 week/month (after one year)
As a Service Desk Consultant, you will:
• Prioritize, diagnose, troubleshoot and managing several open service requests and/or Incidents at one time with effective communication while adhering to all service level agreements by taking ownership of customer issues and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Ensure all customer systems are actively monitored and any issues resolved quickly and efficiently with effective communication while adhering to all service level agreements.
• Building and maintaining strong and healthy relationships with all customers while ensuring that the line manager is fully informed of successes and risks.
Yêu cầu
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal English; Ability to communicate thoughts and
information clearly and concisely. (TOEIC 800 or IELTS 6.5 and above - or equivalent)
• Experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, English Teaching Assistant or related field preferred
• Must be customer-service oriented; Actively look for ways to help people.
• Active Listener be able to give full attention to what is being said, take time to understand the points being made, ask questions as appropriate and not interrupt at inappropriate times.
• Must have a strong attention to detail; Careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Efficient able to handle and resolve client issues quickly and accurately.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
