About the Role
Misen is looking for a Customer Support Intern with strong English communication skills to join our Email Team. This is a great opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and customer service while working in a professional, English-speaking environment.
You will learn how to manage customer interactions via email and chat, resolve inquiries effectively, and understand global customer experience best practices.
What You'll Do
Handle email and chat inquiries in English regarding products, orders, and company policies.
Learn to respond to customers with professional and empathetic communication.
Support order tracking, complaint logging, and customer data updates.
Assist in collaborating with Marketing and Fulfillment teams to notify customers of order status and collect feedback.
Participate in training sessions and apply best practices for customer care.
Yêu cầu
University student or recent graduate (final year preferred).
Excellent written English skills (IELTS 6.5+ or equivalent).
Interest in customer service, e-commerce, and global communication.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate in a team.
