Job Description
Guide new customers through the initial onboarding process, helping them create accounts, set up company profiles, and navigate our proprietary freight-booking platform.
Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills to quickly understand customer needs and respond appropriately.
Conduct live or guided walkthroughs to train customers on how to input shipment details and book freight shipments independently with confidence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries via email, phone, and internal chats, swiftly troubleshooting any booking errors or platform issues.
Collaborate seamlessly with our international colleagues across Australia and China using both English and Mandarin to resolve complex technical and operational cases.
Gather user feedback on system usability, identify recurring booking challenges, and relay insights to our local management and operations team to enhance the platform experience.
Provide proactive, on-the-ground support to the local management and operations team as we establish and grow our presence in the VN market.
Requirement
No experience required (Training provided).
Logistics degree and industry experience are preferred but not essential due to our comprehensive in-house training.
English (Minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent) and Mandarin (Minimum HSK 5 with a score of 270+, and speaking score of 80+).
Strong computer literacy is required, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and daily email management.
