As a Customer Support Executive at TeenCare, you'll be the voice families hear when they reach out with a question or concern - fast, warm, and genuinely helpful, every time.

What you'll do

• Respond to customers across chat, messaging, and hotline channels during your assigned shift.
• Keep first response times fast - families shouldn't have to wait.
• Resolve straightforward questions and issues; escalate complex cases to the CS Leader.
• Log every interaction accurately in our systems.
• Keep satisfaction high through a professional, caring approach to every conversation.
