Controlling WH capacity vs business requirement
In/Outbound Operation
Managing the whole in/outbound operation to meet quality check and delivery schedule
Working with 3PLs' representatives (in/out planning, customs declaration ...)
Being responsible for the overall management of the declaration (Declaration), transfer, customs clearance, commodity inspection, and other on-site operation affairs of the company's new port
Ensuring all transactions completed in the system in compliance with cut-off time
Warehouse Organization
Designing process of conducting inventory counting
Organizing and maintaining warehouse layouts
Organizing inspection and maintenance activities for tools and equipment
Management and Reporting
Leading and making decisions to resolve warehouse operation issues
Controlling operational costs and efficiency in warehouse operations
Making inventory, capacity, productivity, 5S & security [protected info] sharing with related departments as required
Yêu cầu
Communication English.
University graduate majoring in economics or logistics-related field.
4-5 years of practical experience in warehouse operations, of which at least 1 year at management level.
Can make decisions and handle multitasking independently.
Proficient in MS Office (Google or Microsoft).
Strong passion to solve social problem.
