Customs Clearance Supervisor (Tp. HCM Or Binh Duong)

- Arrange for the timely, secure, and cost-effective movement of LF Logistics Vietnam import-
export shipments.
- Perform a range of activities to facilitate the timely and accurate for LF Logistics Vietnam
import - export shipment.
- These activities may include preparing and maintaining shipping records, preparing bill of
lading, computing duties, tariffs, price conversations, weights, and volumes.....
- Prepare customs declarations and other required documents that describe the goods and
materials being shipped and comply with will import / export regulations.
- Research, identify, and obtain, the permits, licenses, certificates and documentations that are
required for custom clearance.
 Communicate with Operations, business developement team, Customers, Brokerage Service
provider, Shipping Agency, Airline Agency, Customs House, Authorities Government, and
Supplier [protected info] Customs Clearance purposes.
- Negotiation with Customs, Government Authorities, Brokerage Services Provider, BUs ... for
fastest clearance and trouble case.
- Prepare shipment records (or files) for E-manifest, E-customs clearance by ensuring that the
information available in the shipment record reflects the available data to LF Logistics
Vietnam (in E-Customs System, HS code master file, LF Logistics Vietnam library, the results
of analysis & classification commodities, the results of inspection commodities, LF Logistics
Vietnam licenses and Supplier / Customer Database Records...).
- Manage and storage all documents in relation to customs clearance.
- Organize and control the LF Logistics Vietnam Customs Clearance staff to achieve yearly
target, higher productivity and clearance effectiveness.
- Make decisions directly related imported / exported LF Logistics Vietnam shipments
processing.
- Other duty as assigned by managers
- To comply with LF Logistics Vietnam code of conduct.
- Compliance: Enforcement of company guidelines, policies, GSP standards, ISO & HSE
