Mô tả công việc
Job Responsibilities
1. Receive client documents, prepare all supporting papers and customs documentation for import & export shipments.
2. Audit full sets of customs documents to ensure full compliance with Vietnamese laws, regulations, circulars and industry standards, covering tax rates, HS codes and all mandatory customs procedures.
3. Conduct HS code classification for commodities, complete import and export customs clearance and all attendant formalities.
4. Operate ECUS / VNACCS customs platforms to submit electronic customs declarations independently.
5. Liaise closely with clients and customs brokers on all clearance matters; troubleshoot clearance abnormalities in a timely manner, respond promptly to client enquiries, proactively coordinate and resolve clearance issues to deliver high-quality customer service.
6. Track shipment and container loading progress of assigned orders, sort and archive complete document sets for each order.
7. Keep up-to-date with newly issued Vietnamese customs regulations and policies, and implement relevant updates timely.

1. Minimum 2-3 years hands-on customs declaration working experience.
2. Proficient in customs filing for various trade modes: FDI foreign-invested enterprises, EPZ export processing enterprises, processing with supplied materials, processing with imported materials and general trade.
3. Candidates with customs experience in logistics companies are preferred; competent daily communication in English or Mandarin is required.
