Mô tả công việc
1. Be responsible for the customs declaration, clearance and logistics coordination of imported and exported goods, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
2. Be familiar with Vietnamese and international trade regulations (such as AFTA, CPTPP, etc.), optimize customs procedures and reduce logistics costs.
3. Manage logistics suppliers (shipping/air transport/land transport), track the status of goods transportation, and handle abnormal situations.
4. Prepare and review customs declaration documents (such as bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, etc.).
5. Communicate with customs, freight forwarders, customers and internal teams to ensure a smooth supply chain.
6. Analyze logistics data, optimize inventory management and transportation plans.
Yêu cầu
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, logistics management, supply chain, etc. are preferred.
2. More than 1 year of experience in customs affairs/logistics, familiar with Vietnam's customs regulations and import/export procedures.
3. Have experience in customs declaration/international logistics operations, familiar with HS codes, tariff policies and trade agreements.
4. Proficient in using ERP/WMS/TMS systems (such as SAP, Oracle, etc.) and office software (Excel, PPT).
5. Fluent in both Chinese and English (able to read and write in English emails and documents).
6. Good communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
