As a Custom Specialist of this company, you will report to CFO and take full responsibility of Customs in the company
Description
As a Custom Specialist of this company, you will be the main contributor to:
- Prepare customs handbook application and custom declaration, as well as export commodity inspection certificate, CO, Form E
- Be responsible for inputting customs document into customs clearance system and maintaining bonded material balance sheet by monthly
- Monitor relative customs certificate/document validity and ensure the certificate/document take effect
- Manage customs annual verification
- Maintain strong relationship with internal and external stakeholder's e.g. custom departments and related authorities for export-import shipment
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management / Accounting from a recognised university
- 5 years of experience in custom declaration and bonded material management
- Familiar with customs and CIQ working process
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, native level of Vietnamese language is preferred
- A proactive attitude, Can-do attitude, detail-oriented, good team player and good problem solving skill
