Own category campaign planning, ensuring campaigns land with clear direction, commercial logic, and strong customer impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead category campaign planning end-to-end: align with BU on product priorities, define campaign direction, and ensure readiness across product, promotion, and content
• Customize and localize HQ/BU frameworks to fit the platform dynamics and local customer behavior
• Coordinate cross-functional alignment (BU, Sales/Commercial, Channel) on promotion mechanics and campaign briefs - ensuring consistency from planning to execution.
• Monitor category performance, propose optimizations to improve conversion and engagement across channel.
• Leverage customer insights, competitor intelligence, and market trends to inform planning decisions
• Support product launches and key activations by tracking readiness milestones
• Contribute to ongoing improvement in customer experience.
Yêu cầu
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Ecommerce,
Digital Marketing, or Campaign Planning
• Good command of English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in E-commerce platforms
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environment
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in planning or promotion setup is a plus
