1. Extracts data from various systems, and builds ETL (extract, clean, transform, load) jobs to centralize all data, including working with various internal departments' data.
2. Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of the implemented tools.
3. Analyse and evaluate collected data and provide any improvement initiatives to support the production effectively
4. Participating in production daily meetings, taking notes on gaps/issues from plan to execution for daily report
5. Work closely with the factory team to build up reports based on requirements and incorporate data-led decision-making.
6. Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users. And give recommendations for additional data collection to improve the quality of analyses.
7. Prepare analytical reports based on operational data and communicate key insights and findings to the factory team - Enhance reporting outputs and data visualization.
8. Participate with an expert team to convert legacy reports to BI solutions or central reporting systems.
9. Regular monitoring of the effectiveness of the implemented tools.
10. Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
11. Other ad-hoc tasks/requirements upon request
12. Secure the data which was used for analysis in the proper data warehouse and keep it on availability

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Hard Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Technology (or equivalent) or in any major but must be tech-savvy
• 2-3 Years' Experience in Any Management Reporting Office / Factory / Data Analysis/ Operation Control
• Good at database, and spreadsheet calculation, advanced skill in Microsoft Excel. And Experience in Microsoft tools (SharePoint, One Drive and BI) is preferable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (In English preferred)
• Strong Analytical skills (ability to research, compile, analyse & interpret data), with keen attention to detail.
