· Develop reporting systems and perform quantitative analysis for operation teams.
· Analyze indicators to monitor trend of delinquent: Roll rate (forward and backward), Exposure at Default (EAD), Loss Given Default (LGD), etc.
· Monitor data and evaluate the performance of Collection teams (Call& Field) and suggest calling strategy/action to enhance efficiency of collection activity.
· Analyze report on the efficiency of incentive scheme & expenditure. Give alert for abnormal trend and suggest countermeasure.
· Prepare weekly, monthly, ad-hoc analysis reports about trends of delinquent, team productivity and performance of vendors.
· Suggest and track KPIs result of employees/Teams of Collection Department
· Suggest and evaluate the efficiency of incentive scheme in motivating productivity.
· Act as Project coordinator to implement new initiatives to improve quality, productivity and cost-saving of team.
· Prepare proposal & seek for approval from the Managements
· Coordinate activities with other divisions.
· Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· University of Economics, Finance graduate with major in Information Science, Mathematics, Technology or related field.
· At least 03 year of experience in analytical job for collection, preferably in banking & finance
· Candidate with experience in credit scoring model is preferably.
· SQL+ VBA+ Statistics
· Python is preferable
· Good communication in English & Vietnamese
· Careful, meticulous, logical thinking. Good organizational skills, high concentration.
· Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
