Mô tả công việc
Data Analysis Responsibilities
• Collect, process, and analyze data from various systems.
• Develop and manage databases, data systems, and analytical tools.
• Use statistical methods to analyze results and provide actionable insights.
• Create reports and dashboards to present results to management and clients.
• Stay updated with and apply the latest data analysis techniques and tools.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular verification and validation processes.
Client Service Responsibilities
• Serve as the main point of contact with clients on data and reporting matters.
• Translate complex data analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
• Organize regular meetings to gather feedback and understand clients' evolving needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data solutions meet client requirements.
• Address client requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide guidance and training to clients on using data tools and interpreting insights.
Additional Responsibilities
• Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to propose data-driven business initiatives.
• Suggest improvements to data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
• Participate in managing and executing data-related projects.
• Design and implement new data collection systems and processes.
• Monitor market trends and propose data-driven strategies to align with business goals

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Statistics, Information Technology, Data Science, etc.).
• Proven experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Proficient in English (spoken and written), especially in communication and report presentation.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
• Teamwork and cross-department collaboration skills.
• Experience in customer service or data-related projects is a plus.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
