- Data Warehouse Management + BI System Management, Enhancement and Modifications
• Collect and analyze user feedback on issues and enhancement opportunities related to DWH/ BI tools and business processes.
• Collaborate with IT and SFE to propose and align on initiatives needed and solutions to system/database/DWH/BI tools/ process enhancements and modifications with stakeholders to meet new business requirements and to execute them.
• Ensure that DWH/ BI tools work stably as the final data keeper by proactively working with other data source keepers if any issue, thru aligned business/ system/ and data processes.
• Manage DWH/ BI system as a whole, in term of Database Management/ Data Set/ Data Models/ BI Tools/ Standard Dashboards & Reports/ System & Data Processes.
- Advanced ETL & Data Analytics Models
• Develop and use multiple statistical models (Excel, SPSS, etc.) and computer techniques to analyze and interpret data in the context of the business.
• Develop ETL package to blend/ process/ transform multiple- source data to desired data set for building data model.
• Develop tools for extracting data from data warehouse for use by MIS, SFE and other stakeholders in business analysis.
• Leverage data warehouse and BI tools (Qlikview, PowerBI, Pentaho, Cognos) to enhance MIS reports with data visualization.
• Support Management Information System team and Sales Force Effectiveness team in designing and developing advanced Excel models to improve and automate MIS reporting, incentive computation, customer classification, sales force sizing and deployment.
- Operation, Support & Sale Force Automation System Administration & Supervision
Yêu cầu
• University degree: Business/computer science qualifications
• At least 5-year relevant experience in managerial/supervisory role in FMCG/nutrition/pharma/consulting industry
• 3-year experience in Sale Force Automation (SFA) system management (pharma/nutrition/FMCG /consulting)
• Good knowledge of SFA systems, IT and BI tools and process will be added advantage
• Excel, DMS, Nemo, BI Tools, Data Warehouse Management
