We are seeking a dedicated and organized Data Processing Analyst to join our team, supporting operations during the evening hours to align with our U.S.-based clientele.
Job Description:
As a Data Processing Analyst working in the offshore evening shift, you will play a crucial role in supporting our US Client's Operation team and enhancing our service to U.S.-based producers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Review incoming submissions to ensure completeness and readiness.
- Verify that submissions have not been received from other producers.
- Communicate with producers through email, gathering necessary information to complete submissions.
- Accurately enter data into our company systems.
- Organize and file documents in appropriate system folders.
- Assist Underwriters in generating quotes and non-premium bearing endorsements as directed.
- Perform additional support duties as assigned by the team.
Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, equivalent to an IELTS score of 7.0 or above.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Technical proficiency with all computer systems necessary for efficient task management.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
