What you will do
Advise BOD and develop a comprehensive strategy for data utilization and management, redesign or build knowledge/control/assessment/value from digital information sources.
Develop and implement a data strategy to ensure efficient collection, storage, analysis, and utilization of data:
Customer data analysis: Collect, process, and analyze customer-related data. Based on the analysis results, provide recommendations to BOD regarding business direction or improvements in products/services based on customer experience journey.
Internal data analysis: Process and analyze data related to employees within the company. Use appropriate tools and techniques to generate valuable dashboards, statistics, and insights to develop the human resources system.
Collaborate with each department (e.g., IT, Marketing) to identify and address specific data-related requirements.
Lead and manage the data team, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Data Analysts.
Lead and manage the collaboration process with external partners to ensure effective operations.
Ensure compliance with regulations related to data protection.
Update on industry trends and advancements in analytics-related technologies.
Perform other duties as required by management.
Yêu cầu
We are looking for someone with
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field. Ph.D. is preferred.
Minimum of 01 years of experience in the position of Data Manager or relevant position.
Minimum of 03 years of experience as a Data Analyst (DA) or Data Engineer (DE), candidates with experience in both positions is a plus..
Experience using Agile tools such as Jira/ G-Suites, Confluence or similar.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for teamwork and continuous improvement.
Fluent English skills (IELTS 6.5+ / Toeic 800+).

Starting salary: $1500+ (6-month routine of considering salary increment or promotion).
Quarterly bonus based on project achievement (after probation).
