Mô tả công việc
Drafting, execute and manage Data processing contracts and BCC between G1 and subsidiaries, Across subsidiaries via GalaxyOne, or between GalaxyOne and external partners.
Advising functions on privacy compliance relating to relevant privacy laws (i.e., GDPR, VN Laws). Specifically focused on activities relating to the process of customer data, marketing communication and online advertising.
Overseeing the implementation of processes and tools that ensure the compliance with data privacy laws.
Completion of Privacy Risk Assessments and administration of the privacy risk management process for customer data processing.
Developing and maintaining processes for customer consent management
Organizing workshops about Data Privacy Compliance at subsidiaries
Maintaining the Records of Processing
Point of contact for developing DATA's services and products to subsidiaries and external partners
Responsible for general reporting of DATA team.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
Master's Degree preferred.
5 to 10 years' experience in a senior-level data management role.
Have a good understanding, and experience of, advising a business on all aspects of privacy operations in areas such as customer data analysis and insights, marketing, online tracking and advertising.
Management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Project management skills.
Analytically minded.
