The Job
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions
- Mine and develop customer advanced analytic models and algorithms to deliver forecast, predictive analysis and optimization models to improve company s product, customer experiences, digital targeting and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
- Test such structures to ensure that they are fit for use.
- Develop company A/B testing framework, test and improve model quality.
- Develop company data products including customer/business indicators system, customer life time valuation, customer risk model etc
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes
- Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and model accuracy
- Troubleshoot data model, data flow and reporting environment
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science or Data Science
- 3-5 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical or predictive models
- Expert proficiency in statistical programing languages (R, Python, SQL ...)
- Knowledge of some among a variety of machine learning techniques (RFM, GMM, Regression, Random Forest, clustering, decision tree learning, NLP, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world applications, advantages and drawbacks
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical test and proper usage ...)
- Experiences with popular big data, ML/AI framework or distributed computing tools: Spark, AWS, GCP, Hadoop, Hive, Spark,...
- Experience in handling big data sets and relational databases.
- Familiar with data quality standard
- Have an analytical, critical thinking & problem-solving mind set
- Domain expertise in FinTech, Ecommerce, Loyalty, Credit Risk industries is a plus.
- Open to adopt new technology stack
