DATA SUPPORT

1. Data Analytics
The Data Support will drive insights from data and visualize them in BI tools to support end-users in monitoring business KPIs, identifying defects, and having a full understanding to make decisions. Key responsibilities include:
· Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business KPIs and key metrics.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
· Support ad-hoc reporting, data extraction, and data analysis if needed and approved by Data Specialist.
2. Data Engineering:
The Data Support will build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and ETL solutions. The successful candidate will also be required to receive and integrate data from various sources into the company's platforms, databases, and data warehouses. Key responsibilities include:
· Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL solutions to ensure data is available and accessible to stakeholders.
· Work with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
· Collaborate with Data Engineers to develop and implement best practices for data integration and management.
· Adaptable to receive and/or integrate data from various sources into the company's platforms, databases.
3. Data Governance
The Data Support will be responsible for managing the data asset under the information security policies of the company and best practices. Key responsibilities include:
· Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness.
· Develop and maintain data policies and procedures that ensure data privacy, security, and compliance.
· Work with stakeholders to ensure that data is being used appropriately and that data-related risks are identified and managed.
· Manage the data asset under the information security policies of the company and best practices.
