Job Summary
Demand planning, responsible for demand forecast accuracy, by coordinating with business marketers to meet customer requirements and inventory targets.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monthly review history demand, measure demand accuracy, generate statistical forecast, run 3M Corporation demand tools;
- Work closely with Sales managers, Marketers to get market intelligence input;
- Lead Pre-SOP meeting to have final consensus demand plan, NWI action plans, control stocking limit or inventory budget based on sales plan to meet inventory targets;
- Lead SOP meeting with Business, Functional teams to overview Supply Chain KPIs performance, discuss alternative solutions for open matters;
- Coordinate with Supply and Production Planners to ensure demand plan are well supplied;
- Manage ad-hoc demand request from business;
- SKU management;
- Back Order status improvement;
- Customer On Time In Full improvement;
- In charge of other reports assigned;
- Main KPIs include Demand Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Inventory Turn, NWI, OTIF, Back Order etc.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree.
Experienced with BPCS or SAP system or familiar with some planning system.
Communication English skills, esp. writing skills
Preferably with 2 years' experience in the same role,
or Fresh graduate must prove the strong ability to undertake the responsibility.
Professional working attitude and team work.
Independent working ability under pressure and tight deadlines.
Business acumen and strong analytical skill.
Good data analysis skill using Excel Office.
Strong interpersonal, communication skill.
