Mô tả công việc
* Demand and Supply Analysis and Optimization:
- To create monthly demand plan as per the rolling forecast cycle, based on sales forecast, channel inventories and agreed stock norm
- Ensure forecast accuracy of demand and supply and on-time availability of products at store level
- Analyze actual sales against sales forecast on monthly basis and make necessary adjustment to balance the demand and supply
- Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service
- Review key inventory target and communicate to other related stakeholders to ensure KPIs.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in the supply chain process.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on supply chain performance and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain processes and procedures.
- Implement and play as owner S&OP process
* Analysis, Interpretation and Visualization:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to understand supply chain performance.
- Use statistical methods and software tools to interpret complex data sets.
- Utilize supply chain management software and tools to improve visibility and control over supply chain operations.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and assess their applicability to the organization's supply chain.
* Project Management:
- Initiate, set up plans and timelines; coordinate and follow up with cross-functional departments to drive the projects.
- Actively communicate the objectives & progress to the stakeholders based on aligned success metrics, deep-dive on arising issues and take reaction plans to ensure high-quality deliverables at a timely manner.
- Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
Yêu cầu
* Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Data Analytics
* Work Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Business, or Data Analytics, with a preference for retail supply chain or e-commerce experience
* Foreign language
- Advanced MS Office is compulsory. Be fluent in at least one query/code language (R, MySQL & Python are preferred).
