Contribute to SCM strategies: operation efficiency, process improvement, innovation, empower people at 5 key dimensions:
1. Supply Planning: Oversee stock allocation and utilization to ensure inventory efficiency; analize sales demand and utilize forecasting to ensure efficient inventory and DIFOT in order to fulfil the company's commercial target and increase customer experience with Olympus.
2. Demand Planning: Partnership with SCM APAC and OVN stakeholers to establish and realize the entire intergrated business process.
3. System Enhancement: Explore better methods to utilize SAP; understand existing problems and proactively approach APAC, SAP IT for system improvement
4. Monitor and coach team members and partners belong to 3 sections: Supply & Demand Planning, Customer Operation & Sasu Support; Genpact
Purchasing5. Process improvement: Leverage advanced technology and employ excellent processes to eliminate manual works while increasing productivity .
***Job Description
1. SCM OPS Management:
- Running S& OP process with all relevant stakeholders
- Supervise performance of team members to maintain efficient flow at customer operation and supply fulfilment
- Supervise and ensure Genpact Purchasing perform well in order to bring productivity to SCM Dept
- Participate in developing process improvement to increase SCM excellent performance
2. Demand & Replenishment Planning
- In partnership with APAC IBP Team to deploy Planning excellence and Digital transformation in OVN
- Incorporating with Medical stakeholders to understand demand forecast drivers, product life cycle, customers requirements in order to obtain business insights for inventory investment
- Evaluate the result and have action plans to align with KPIs set by IBP project team: FCB, FCE, OTIF, LIFR, DOH, BO, Inventory, etc
- Analize inventory and sales forecast to build up logical purchasing plan and prepare purchasing budget with Finance
3. Inventory Management:
- Enssure team members and Purchasing follow precisely stock allocation & utilization method
- Review to inform or propose utilization plan to Medical team for stock utilization
- Engage to propose "buy back" stock with other SBCs to reduce aging inventory for OVN
- Review to ensure efficient new stock request prior to proceeding purchase with vendor
4. Process Improvement:
- Proactively utilize advanced technology to reduce manual workload and increase productivity for the team
- Propose changes to strengthen process
- Build/Amend SOP to reinforce process governance
5. System:
- Adopt better method to use SAP
- Partnership with team memmers and APAC to standardize OVN Material Master data
- Partnership with team memmers and APAC to enable MRP
6. Training:
- Coach and share knowleage to members/partners/colleagues to increase cross -function and performance excellence.
7. Others:
- Other tasked assgined by Department Manager, APAC Project lead, and Company Management
