Job Summary
Provide support for daily work; work with the supervisor team to maintain reports; manage functions to improve work efficiency.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Track production schedules and communicate any risks that may impact delivery commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between departments.
- Coordinate with Planning, IE, Quality, and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management review.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management.
- Collect production data and prepare production reports for management review.
- Utilize reporting tools, Excel, Power BI, AI tools, and other systems to improve reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
Scope of Responsibility
Handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and work independently with little or no supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in English or Business Administration.
Experience
- At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing, preferably in the furniture or garment industry.
Knowledge
- Good computer skills, familiar with computers and very good at Excel.
- Good command of English & Chinese.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Skills & Abilities
- Good integrity and sense of confidentiality.
- High sense of urgency and result-oriented.
- Strong team spirit, interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new things and ability to learn and apply new knowledge.
- Ability to work independently.
