**Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
Analysis the production efficient and propose the solution to improve
Monitor the database and report daily, weekly, monthly.
Ensure that the production is cost effective;
Decide what resources are required;
Set up a timescale for the job;
Estimate costs and set the quality standards;
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed;
Monitor product standards and implement quality-control program;
Liaise among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers;
Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals;
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed;
Supervise and motivate a team of workers;
Review worker performance;
Identify training needs.
Yêu cầu
**Qualification:
Male
Age 30-35 years old
Education - Bachelor in engineering, manufacturing engineering, food processor and related field
Experience in Food Processing Industry 2-3 years
Able to work in shift and candidate must be live in Binh Duong
Good English Communication (writing, listening, speaking)
Good Computer Skill especially in Excel in advance level and Power Point
Having obtain the training HACCP, GMP, HALAL, ISO is advantages
