Leaders Camp Components:

Report to: Camp Director
Directly manages:
1. Pre-camp
- Sales & Marketing Leads (must coordinate with their respective direct supervisors)
2. During camp-season:
- Sales & Marketing Leads
- Provides logistical direction to Activities Lead/Academic Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support
- Coordinate with camp partners: site visits, contract development, negotiations, and contract signing
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage 3rd party vendor partnerships and logistics
- Oversee the purchasing of camp materials approved by the Camp Director
- Ensure camp documents and trackers are developed and up to date
- Serve as the point person for logistical requests before and during camp: vendor coordination, location reservations, meals, accommodation support, travel arrangements, etc.
- Support camp operation and staff management: staff scheduling, detailed financial reports, camper management, etc.
- Proactively develop a operations timeline to achieve the growth of Leadership Programs
2. Sales & Marketing
- Being the go-to person for Sales Leads providing clarity when camp related questions or disputes arise
- Ensure that staff is abiding by the camp sales and communications protocols
- Advise the marketing department on marketing strategies & review camp marketing materials
- Plan and support the logistics for marketing and branding events that align with Leadership Program's vision and mission
3. Program Development:
- Coordinate with camp host and assist the Camp Director with building successful camp programs
- Support planning and developing camp programs such as day trips and teambuilding activities
- Create systems, documents, and operational processes that can serve as standard operating procedures for all camp programs
4. Human Resources:
- Develop and conduct trainings pertaining to sales and camp operations
- Hire and support training seasonal camp staff and interns
