Role Overview: We are seeking a high-caliber Deputy CEO to serve as the operational and strategic partner to the CEO and Chairman. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead transformation, drive growth across OCC's portfolio, and build a modern consumer platform in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Execution: Translate OCC's long-term vision into actionable plans across all business units. Drive brand positioning, go-to-market strategies, and innovation.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations across production, supply chain, retail rollout, and digital expansion. Ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Commercial Growth: Strengthen distribution networks (modern trade, general trade, e-commerce), and lead retail expansion for Trang Tien, Givral, and Fuji.
• Marketing & Brand Building: Supervise brand development initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and product launches across the group.
• Team & Culture: Build strong cross-functional teams and instill a performance-driven, innovative culture. Mentor mid-level leadership and future successors.
• Strategic Projects: Lead M&A evaluations, new product line development, and pilot initiatives for OCC's future roadmap.
• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with the Chairman on investor relations, board updates, and group-level reporting.
