Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of one of the largest commercial banks in Vietnam and Asia. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking a talented for the job of Deputy Director of Digital Banking. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The dedicated Deputy Director of Digital Banking will report directly to CEO and IT Director.
Deputy Director of Digital Banking will lead the implementation and modernization of large-scale digital banking omni channels and platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
· Implement technologies for client engagement, digital banking, digital transformation, CRM, omni channel technology
· Develop planning, agile development, implementation of new projects for digital infrastructure, customer platforms
· Having strong knowledge of consumer and business banking products (loan, lending, payments, deposit accounts, saving account)
· Drive functional architecture for digital banking and related systems (engagement, integration, records, data, operation, security)
· Design integrated, end-to-end solutions addressing people, process and technology systems to meet the identified business needs.
· Manage solution vendors objectively and make decisions based on data, customer needs, ROI and TCO
· Demonstrate sound performance on risk oversight, strong collaboration with internal Stakeholders/Functions and Regulatory Compliance and partner to deliver on new digital technology capabilities
· Present and communicate solution to BOD
Yêu cầu
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/ Technology
· Master's degree/ startup experience is a plus
· Having at least 5 years senior management experience
· Having at least 15 years of experience in technology field which including tracking record of more than 7 years of deep experience with current and emerging digital banking technologies, channels and methods (APIs, microservices, cloud, open source, agile, web/mobile...)
· Hands-on experience in running systems implementation and upgrade programs/projects in a large bank or similar financial services company
· Knowledge of international banking and payments standards (SEPA, SWIFT, ISO20022...) and industry frameworks (ITIL, Cobit, ISO...).
· Relevant professional certifications (ITIL, Cobit, database, network, cloud...)
· Experience with technology that manage bank products (deposits, lending and payment)
· Fluency in written and spoken English.
· Leadership skills, project management
· Fluency in written and spoken English.
