JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for supporting the Deputy General Manager in developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the company's low-rise real estate projects. Ensure marketing activities are carried out effectively, on schedule, and achieve targets in sales, brand recognition, and market share
JOB OVERVIEW
Participate in Marketing strategy development:
Participate in market research, competitor analysis, and target customer analysis for projects
Research, propose, and implement Marketing tools and technologies to improve work efficiency and optimize costs.
Develop and control promotion plans, brand building, detailed marketing strategies, including communication plans, advertising, events,
digital marketing, and other activities.
Implement Marketing activities for projects:
Implement Marketing activities according to the plan approved by the Board of Directors to each Department in the Marketing Department
Manage and coordinate advertising activities across communication channels (online, offline)
Organize and implement marketing events (sales launches, project introductions, seminars...)
Monitor, manage, and handle negative information and communication crises; be the direct point of contact for information from the public and press/media-related units
Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report results
Manage and maintain relationships with marketing partners (agencies, service providers...)
Assign tasks, provide guidance, training, and evaluate employee performance
Update new marketing trends and apply them to work
Other tasks as assigned by the direct manager
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
At least 05 years of experience in a similar position at Real Estate
Developers
Submit CV and portfolio of completed projects
Knowledge of SEO, Seeding, and graphic design tools
Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns
Has been in charge of low-rise projects in Lam Dong
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
