Mô tả công việc
- Asisting Design and Development cable & assembly products; lead a team to create detailed drawings and specifications; ensure designs meet industry standards and customer requirements; and collaborate with the testing team to validate cable & assembly designs
- Project Management, coordinate with other departments to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. Assist in budgets, resource allocation, timeline.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure material sourcing aligns with production capabilities
- Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure that all cable designs adhere to applicable quality standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, UL, CE, JIS).
- Mentor and guide junior
designers and engineers. Assist in organizing and conducting design reviews, technical meetings, and brainstorming sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in cable design and manufacturing.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cable design, engineering, or product development.
- Language: Excellence English skill;
- Fluent in Auto Cad, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Have in-depth knowledge related to 5S, Kaizen, 4M, 5W1H
- Logical thinking, excellence leadership, honestly, compliance-minded and high sense of responsibilities
- Experience in cable industry standards (e.g., IEC, UL, JIS etc.) and testing requirements.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and environmental properties of cables.
