Designer And Marketing Support

+ LOCATION: ADEN head office Ho Chi Minh City
+ CONDITIONS (hours etc) : 8.00am to 5.30pm from Mon - Fri (48 hours per week) plus limited overtime
+ PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF ROLE:
-You manage design and marketing work appointed by the Country Director
-In term of management, the Designer and Marketing Support has to coordinates your team.
+ RESPONSIBILITIES
_Design:
 liaising with other department to determine their requirements and budget
 managing other department proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
 working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to design style, format, print production and timescales
 developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
 determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
 preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
 reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
 liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
Marketing
 Assist in developing and contributing to marketing, events, and public relations activities
 Interact with internal departments to communicate company strategies
 Maintain up-to-date the social media channels
 Coordinate with colleagues to produce marketing communication materials (videos, flyers, articles, etc)
_Training
 To train your staff to follow the system and the policies of the company
_Responsibilities
 Responsible to manage your team
 To be at the disposal of the BM for any special work / mission he requires.
Reporting
 Makes daily reports to the Country Director about all events of the day.
 Prepares and sends on time all special report requested (monthly inventory reports...)
 Handles any other tasks assigned by your Hierarchy
 Ensures timely collection of end of month papers
