Create G/S/A code for style on system for all brand
Catalogue all items before BOM includes: information for the customer (styles, colors, sizes, destinations),
Update the datasheets (Details, Matrix weight, Measurement and Create BOM)
Update weight & Circle Time for G
Update on M3 file and send to relevant team
Connect all of Thread, Sewing , Woven,... on S level
Create new item codes for RFID, cartons, labels,...
Build A code with all of Material Accessory
Connect Packaging for A (carton code)
Follow and update on BOM all of change related yarn items, ACCs,... if any (rolling change season or change packaging)!
Receive any update from Production about Consumption actual, compare with current on BOM and get approve to update BOM correctly.
Follow, check and make sure everything connected on BOM is accurately
Change status
Update project if any
Development Coordinator
Receiving Dev request from Customer for Dev style
Download and receive all relevant file on BOX to save in Share folder
Compare with old file and make a colourway table for all information for each colour and send to
Purchasing team to update status and dev colour if have, follow and push if need
Fill information on DATA BASE
Create S and A (variant) code (check existing)
Share all document and file to relevant team (Technical, QC,...) to run sample then check quality (according QAV, Measurement,..)
Prepare Sample Tag and take sample picture on time for each request sample sending
Update yarn weight and Cost
