Our components are one of the MOST technical processes in the textile industry with many processes like water- repellence, coating, lamination, hydrophilic...

Your Responsibilities are:
- Be responsible for my Fabric Supplier Management (Human, Quality & Environment assessment)
- Manage along with my supplier the developments of fabric's range (Woven Natural/Blended Fabric)
- Stay aware of all innovative fabrics & new process
- Negotiate price twice a year based on industrial approach and cost analysis
- Communicate and pass on my strong technical know-how.
- Ensure that the fabric of my supplier is developed on time & at the right quality
- Make sure all colors are developed for each season (lab-dip, first bulk etc...)
- Follow closely by testing & inspecting my fabrics in order to respect Decathlon Technical Specifications
- Assist my supplier on Continuous Improvement
- Located in Ho Chi Minh, your responsibilities are linked to one supplier where you have to be 3 days/week.
- Frequent business trip within Vietnam and potential trip to France
