Key Contributions
- Design, operate, and maintain scalable, resilient systems across development, staging, and production environments.
- Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments.
- Provision, configure, and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code to standardize environments.
- Operate, monitor, and optimize containerized applications for availability, performance, and reliability.
- Implement observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) for monitoring and fast incident detection.
- Automate testing, security checks, deployments, monitoring, and operational workflows.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
- Review and approve system changes and deployment requests to ensure compliance and stability.
- Respond to incidents, troubleshoot issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and document outcomes.
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to improve system stability, deployment quality, and platform reliability.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Development or related fields.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), practical experience with AliCloud is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience in the SRE role is a BIG plus.
- Strong proficiency with containers and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the ability to maintain/integrate tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).
- High competence in problem-solving, systems thinking, and cross-team collaboration.
- Good/Fluent English communication is mandatory.
