Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities
• Operate and maintain the WAY4 Core Card system and its satellite systems in
production and UAT environments.
• Build, maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure, and reliable
deployments.
• Manage containerized applications and services using Docker, Kubernetes.
• Design and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as
Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
• Ensure system compliance with PCI DSS, Cir-50, and other regulatory and internal
security standards.
• Automate system operations and infrastructure provisioning using Ansible,
Terraform, or similar tools.
• Support and coordinate with card product teams (Credit/Debit/Prepaid), Fraud
team, and other stakeholders on system operations and enhancements.
• Manage and monitor batch processes, transaction flows, and payment interfaces
across systems.
• Collaborate with vendors (e.g., OpenWay) and internal teams on WAY4 version
upgrades, patches, and new feature rollouts.
• Analyze system performance and implement tuning and optimization.
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous
improvement.
Yêu cầu
Core System Operations
• Experience operating WAY4 Core Card system or similar core card payment platforms.
• Solid understanding of card payment processing flows (authorization, clearing, settlement).
• Experience managing high availability, high volume transaction systems.
DevOps & Automation
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar).
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Linux systems administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Ansible, Terraform.
Monitoring & Logging
• Proficient with Prometheus and Grafana for system monitoring and alerting.
• Experience with ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for centralized logging.
Security & Compliance
• Strong understanding of PCI DSS, Cir-50, and banking security requirements.
• Experience implementing secure configurations and performing vulnerability assessments.
Collaboration & Communication
• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, product teams, operations, and external vendors.
• Good communication skills; ability to document and share operational knowledge.
Nice to Have
• Experience operating or integrating satellite systems around WAY4 (e.g.: Fraud detection systems, Loyalty platforms, CRM, Data Warehouse, Card management portals).
• Experience working with Oracle Database and PostgreSQL for payment systems.
• Experience in load testing and performance optimization of transaction systems.
• Familiarity with payment switch systems and interfaces with international card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay).
• Knowledge of OpenWay APIs, ISO 8583 message formats, and related protocols.
• Experience participating in WAY4 version upgrades and migration projects.
• Experience applying AI/automation tools to improve system monitoring and operations efficiency.
