Right now, we are seeking a DevOps Manager to scale our infrastructure to serve users accessing our applications in a multi-tenant/multi-region environment. The successful candidate will bring an abundant curiosity and desire to innovate. Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement automation and industry best practices to run our large-scale, rapidly growing infrastructure with minimum human intervention.
• Research, design, and implement solutions for fault tolerance, monitoring, performance enhancements, capacity optimization, disaster recovery, and configuration management of systems and applications.
• Configure and build tools for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment for our Microservices and Products.
• Develop a containerization strategy for the cloud deployment of our products to our international customers (US, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, France, and Turkey).
• Set standards with the development team for how code should be optimally structured for easy deployment.
• Recommend new technologies to ensure quality and productivity.
• Manage and develop DevOps team, members and tasks
• Collaborate with development teams across region to develop, improve and maintain the systems

We are constantly evolving our toolset looking for best in breed solutions, but here are some of the technologies we are currently or will be using in the near future:

• Infrastructure as Code (AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Ansible, Chef, ...)
• Linux
• Scripting (Bash, Powershell)
• AWS
• Jenkins
• PostgreSQL
• Kubernetes
• Kafka
• ElasticSearch
• Java/Spring
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Experience with the above tools is great, but not an absolute must. We are looking for motivated individuals with a desire to learn and explore, but at the same time be mindful of what it takes to build scalable and stable production environments. Bonus points if you are interested in automated testing.
