Điều Phối Viên Ra Mắt Sản Phẩm Mới (New Product Launch Coordinator)

- Position Title: New Product Launch Coordinator
- Department: Supply Chain Management
- Reports To: Supply Chain Management Manager
- Location:Ha Nam, Vietnam
Scope of Position: Plan, Direct, Coordinate and Visualize all New Production Launches between the different Key Functions/Departments and monitor the Product throughout the whole lifecycle from SOP (Start of Production) until EOP (End of Production) and minimize the affect on the organization of new Products released into Production.
Responsibilities:
- Create policies and procedures for New Product Launch activities
- Collaborate with all Key Functions to integrate Production Launch with business systems and processes
- Coordinate, plan and participate new product launch meetings and organize needed support from other departments (e.g. maintenance, manufacturing engineering, etc.)
- Coordinate with all affected departments the new Product Launch to minimize efforts and affects during the Product and Production Release process
- Coordinate production planning, scheduling and raw material planning for new parts
- Participate in problem solving activities
- Keep open and visual communication among production and process/design/project management/SCM teams implementing small and frequent reviews and use Project Management basics and tools
- Verify setup of operating instructions
- Review and evaluate production equipment needs
- Collect data and release the product and manufacturing processes to production
- Monitor SOP and EOP of a product throughout the whole lifecycle
- Maintain metrics, reports and process documentation
- Analyzing Data and Information
- Adhere to promote ISO/TS16949 policies
- Review safety conditions in the new product and manufacturing processes
- Collaborate in activities and promoting the organizations Continuous Improvement strategy for the New Product Launch Processes
- Coordinate training needs and methods
- Responsible for department HSE related activities
