I. Job Summary:
The Supervisor take ownership in digital channel effectively and efficiently by optimize channels and techniques to meet digital sales KPIs via quality traffic, install, conversion rate, digital sales volume and COA
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Tiktok, Display Network, etc.
• Manage the full funnel from traffic → lead → qualified lead, ensuring KPI achievement in both volume and quality.
• Monitor and optimize bidding, targeting, and creatives to maximize ROI.
• Support SEO/SEM to grow organic leads in the long run.
2. App Ads (User Acquisition)
• Run and optimize mobile app acquisition campaigns via Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, OEM channels, DSP, retargeting solutions.
• Track funnel performance from Install → Application, ensuring competitive CPI/CPA/COA.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and placements to identify top performers.
• Work with tracking tools such as AppsFlyer, GA4 to ensure accurate attribution.
3. Partnership Marketing
• Develop leads and app users via digital partners (affiliate networks, e-wallets, fintech platforms, publishers).
• Manage partner performance, payout structures, and relationships.
• Actively source and onboard new partners to diversify acquisition channels.
• Ensure partner campaigns comply with brand guidelines and compliance standards.
4. Vendor & Stakeholders management:
• Effectively work with relevant departments such as IT, Finance, Legal & Compliance to make things done within scope of work
• Build and maintain relationships with key vendors, platforms and technology partners
• Actively seek opportunities to expand possibility of lead generation and brand awareness
5. Others:
• Own policies, manual, workflows within
digital marketing to ensure quality delivery, good digital customer experience and Group branding guidelines
1. Qualification
• College/ University Graduated
2. Work Experience
• 03 years proven working experience in Digital Marketing-Lead
generation, preferable in financial service sector
• Have experience in digital performance agency is an advantage
• Demonstrate experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
marketing email, social media, DSP, etc.
• Google AdWords Certified / Facebook Blueprint Certified is a plus
3. Knowledge
• Digital Advertising Platforms: campaign setup, targeting options,
bidding strategies, and ad performance tracking.
