Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and AI projects (from use case identification, pilot implementation to full deployment and scaling).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and refine AI/analytics use cases aligned with operational needs.
Translate business requirements into structured project plans and data-driven solutions.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders, including Manufacturing, Engineering, IT, Data teams, and external vendors.
Ensure project delivery meets timeline, scope, budget, and expected business impact.
Identify and manage risks, especially related to data availability and quality or system integration.
Coordinate with solution vendors and monitor delivery performance
Drive user adoption, change management, and continuous improvement after deployment
Track and report project progress to management and steering committee
Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager

Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Data, or related fields
Related experience
3-5 years of experience in project management or digital/IT projects
Proven experience in delivering at least 1-2 AI / data / automation projects in a real business environment
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment is a strong advantage
Experience working with vendors, system integrators, and cross-functional teams
Core Competencies
Project Management: Planning, execution, risk and stakeholder management
Applied AI Understanding: Strong knowledge of AI use cases such as Computer Vision, Predictive Maintenance, Data Analytics
Business Translation: Ability to translate operational problems into digital/AI solutions
Data Awareness: Understanding of data lifecycle, data quality, and reporting
Communication: Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills
Education:
