Reports to: (job title) Group Marketing Manager
* Aim - Brief overview of job purpose. Why does the job exist? What is the overall purpose of the job? - WHY?
Manage all Digital Marketing platforms (internal and third party) to deliver consistent messaging and brand communication to AFG Vietnam's customers across all online channels.
This role is vital in implementing and actioning business directions and vision of the Directors. Support and ensure that the established work practices approved by the Directors are maintained and upheld in a firm, fair, friendly and not familiar manner with all staff.

1. Lead Digital Marketing activities: planning, execution and analysis of content, artwork, campaign, activities on social media platforms (internal and partner's ones) for all AFG brands and third party partner platforms.
2. Responsible for websites management and other forms of communication, such as email marketing, wifi marketing, online survey, seeding, KOL...
3. Search for partnership opportunities for co-brand awareness improvement and business acquisition.

1. Social Media channels of AFG Brands:
1.1. Design and implement a Social Media Strategy to align with business goals.
1.2. Manage the Digital Team to generate, edit, publish and share engaging daily content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
1.3. Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns and activations.
1.4. Stay up-to-date with current technology and trends in Social Media, design tools and applications.
1.5. Suggest and manage a budget for the monthly advertising costs for online channels.
1.6. Set specific objectives and report on ROI (numbers of traffic, impression, engagement, ...) for each campaign.
1.7. Manage and secure company accounts, as well as propose to develop inter-related social networking sites
2. Websites management and internal communication:
2.1. Work closely with Brand Managers and IT Department for website content updates.
2.2. Work closely with IT Department for new website development projects.
2.3. Liaise with support staff and Brand Managers regarding: interface, functions and timelines of campaign landing page projects.
2.4. Be actively involved in SEO and SEM effort to optimize the websites' performance.
2.5. Measure performance of Digital Marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytical tools (ie. Google Analytics)
2.6. Communicate with Brand Managers to ensure all online information correct.
2.7. Using established processes and channels, inform and support Brand Managers all tasks related to new cooperation with partners in a timely manner.
3. Advertising:
3.1. Coordinate with Client Services Team to filter data for various email marketing campaigns.
3.2. Collaborate with Design Team to produce high quality content for different communication channels.
3.3. Design and update the content of in-store wifi marketing.
3.4. Measure and report the effectiveness of each communication campaign.
3.5. Explore and propose creative messaging to increase the efficiency of communication.
4. Communication with Partners:
4.1. Ensure consistent brand image and correct information on all partner platforms or partner advertising channels.
4.2. Contact, discuss and raise opportunities to cooperate with new partners in the market.
4.3. Manage collaboration with current partners, including but not limited to promotion, terms & conditions, legality, execution, customers' feedback, etc.
4.4. Prepare monthly plans and propose promotion programs (combos, deals, events, ...) for each partner.
4.5. Present a monthly report and analysis to evaluate the performance of each partner.
4.6. Follow company procedures and policies in regard to documents (contracts, annexes, memo) for related marketing campaigns.
5. Others duties as required to support the Marketing Department
5.1. Undertake other duties from time to time as required by the Group Marketing Manager and/or Chain of Command.

1. Solid knowledge of operating key social media platforms in Vietnam.
2. Deep knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
3. Proficiency in using Mailchimp
4. Familiarity with Web Design
5. Excellent copy writing skills
6. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
7. Hands on experience in content management
8. Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
9. Analytical and multitasking skills

11. Track record of meeting targets
12. A network of existing relationships with leading digital businesses, and an understanding of their strategic interests
