Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Digital Executive to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns with a strong focus on e-commerce performance. This role is pivotal in driving GMV, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI across platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Media Planning & Execution
• Develop and execute full-funnel media plans (awareness to conversion) aligned with brand and e-commerce objectives.
• Collaborate with digital agencies to plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads & Ecommerce.
• Identify and map out consumer touchpoints across digital platforms, ensuring each channel plays a clear role in the customer journey.
• Drive traffic and conversion to e-commerce platforms through performance-driven media strategies.
2. Digital Strategy & Platform Management
• Lead the development of digital strategies to enhance brand engagement and visibility across social and commerce platforms.
• Stay updated on platform trends (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, affiliate marketing) and propose innovative campaign ideas.
• Collaborate with content and brand teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for each platform and audience.
3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Monitor, measure and report performance of all
digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) including content, media, website, app, search
• Consolidate and evaluate digital investments across brands, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Review digital reports monthly and quarterly to give recommendations to brand teams and ecommerce activities.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning, or e-commerce performance.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and digital analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in English for professional communication and reporting.
