Mô tả công việc
- Assist in the formulation of strategies and plans to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Launch digital campaigns through a variety of channels to the campaign's KPIs such as brand awareness, footfall, conversion, impressions, ctr.
- Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to improve ROI, KPIs and cost efficiency using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
- Track and analyze digital metrics and provide insights on campaign targeting which includes demographics, buying signals, and other behavioral signals.
- Monitor the ongoing performance of company and brand presences on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Zalo etc.)
- Evaluate and provide insights into SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
- Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
- Stay up-to-date with Vietnam online media landscape, consumer behaviors, and social trends to provide suggestions for improvement.
- Stay up to date with latest digital marketing technologies and best practices to provide suggestions for improvement.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor in Marketing, International Business or Communication
- 2 years' experience minimum in at same position
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing CMS, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media (FB, FB Msqr, Insta, Zalo,SMS,....) and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience of working with web/social analytics systems
- Excellent management and communication skills, able to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- Interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with external partners/agencies and internal stakeholders
- Effective verbal & written communication internally & externally
- Computers skills: Strong at MS Word, having Adobe Photoshop basic knowledge is a plus.
- Language: Native Vietnamese, English - upper intermediate
- HTML, Web Design và Web Development technique is highly appreciated
