About the Role
You'll be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, guiding their SEO strategy, ensuring campaigns deliver, and building long-term partnerships. You'll collaborate with our internal teams while keeping clients confident, informed, and excited about results.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Lead Client Relationships
- Serve as the trusted advisor and main point of contact for SEO clients.
- Run check-ins and reviews with real strategic value.
- Proactively address concerns and set clear expectations.
2. Develop & Execute SEO Strategy
- Conduct site audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
- Build strategies tailored to client goals and industry context.
- Oversee technical, on-page, and content-driven SEO improvements.
- Monitor performance and deliver insights-not just data.
3. Manage Projects & Deliverables
- Juggle multiple accounts without sacrificing quality.
- Coordinate across writers,
developers, creatives, and SEO specialists.
- Keep timelines, priorities, and deliverables on track.
4. Drive Results & Growth
- Report on rankings, traffic, and ROI in a clear, business-focused way.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities for clients.
- SEO Experience: 3-5 years of proven results improving rankings, organic traffic, and visibility
- Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable running calls, presenting strategy, and building long-term relationships
- Analytical Mindset: Able to turn performance data into clear action plans
- Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog)
- Communication Strength: Skilled at explaining SEO in simple, client-friendly language
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Personable, confident, and engaging with clients over calls or video conferencing
- AI in Daily Work: Actively exploring and using AI tools to improve efficiency, research, and strategy-not just interested, but already applying them
- Organization: Able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
