ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll be the main point of contact for assigned clients, guiding their digital marketing strategy with focus on search engine optimization (SEO), ensuring campaigns deliver results, and building long-term partnerships. You'll work with our international team while keeping clients confident, informed, and excited about their growth.
This is a client-facing role perfect for someone who wants to own client success - not just manage tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary contact for clients
- Conduct strategic check-ins and reviews that provide real value
- Proactively address client concerns and set clear expectations
- Present marketing strategies and results in client-friendly language
2. Digital Marketing Strategy (SEO-Focused)
- Conduct website audits and competitive analysis
- Research keywords and market opportunities
- Develop customized strategies focused on SEO
- Oversee website improvements for better search rankings
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
3. Project Management
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high quality
- Coordinate with content writers, web developers, and SEO specialists
- Ensure all deliverables and timelines are met
- Keep projects organized and on track
4. Results & Growth
- Report on website rankings, organic traffic, and return on investment
- Identify opportunities for additional services that benefit clients
- Turn data into clear, business-focused recommendations
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing, with focus on SEO preferred
- Client-Facing Skills: Comfortable presenting to clients and building relationships via emails or video calls
- English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English for client communication
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and create actionable strategies
- Technical Knowledge: Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
- Communication: Able to explain technical concepts in simple, business-friendly terms
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agency or B2B marketing experience
- Experience working with US clientsFamiliarity with content management systems (WordPress, etc.)
- Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and workflow efficiency. We don't expect expertise-but we do look for candidates who actively demonstrate curiosity and initiative in exploring AI.
